Service Area

We currently service Pretoria and surrounding areas. Our services are offered by local delivery only. We do not currently service any delivery locations outside of a 50 kilometer radius from our location .

How Far in Advance should i place an order?

Generally, equipment reservations should be placed as soon as you know the details of your event.

Once you have received your RSVP s, received vendor lists, checked the weather, and reserved your event location and any other pertinent event information, go ahead and place your order.

To ensure the best possibility for equipment availability and your satisfaction it is best to place your order 3-6 weeks in advance.

When is my Hiring Contract due?

Immediately after placing your order. Without a fully executed contract, we cannot process or deliver your order

Can i make a down payment?

Yes, the down payment requirement is based on the total of your order. The down payment goes toward the total balance of your order.

We Require a Down payment of 50% on Orders between R1000.00 – R19999.00

How long is my hiring period?

Rental Duration for a weekend rental lasts from Friday after 3 PM through Monday.

Rental Duration for a weekday rental is for one 24 hour period.

Orders are picked up on the following business day only unless same day pickup service.

JNH –  Will  Collect on Sundays Between 10:00AM to 13:00PM

What is your cancellation policy?

Payments are Non-Refundable. When you reserve a tent, tables, chairs and any event equipment, we immediately remove them from our inventory for your reservation. We do not process refunds for orders canceled less than 30 days prior to the event date. We care about your event.  Time and effort are committed to you and your event from the moment we receive your reservation. Therefore, any cancellation received within 30 days of the delivery date will not be refunded. However, a store credit is available to you for any future order and never expires.

Cancellations made 30 days or more from the scheduled delivery date will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 30 days from the delivery date will not be eligible for a refund. A store credit is available to you for any future order should cancellations or deductions occur. Your store credit never expires. Contact us and we will help you reschedule your event.

RESCHEDULE INSTEAD. You may use the balance paid for your order toward a future order of equal or lesser value.

Changes to an existing order. You may make additions to your order based on availability and approval. Submit an order change request via email to orders@jnhevents.co.za *Use your order number as the subject of your email.

You may reschedule your event upon written request, based on availability by sending your request via email to orders@jnhevents.co.za

You may reduce your order items, however, there will be no refund for reductions.

Why was my order cancelled? An order can be cancelled for various reasons including non-payment, no contract on file for the order, Etc. In every instance, we make every effort to communicate with you prior to cancelling the order. We sincerely apologize if your order was cancelled without your knowledge

 

When are tents delivered & picked up?

Weekend Rentals:

Tent deliveries are completed on Fridays for all weekend orders.

Tent pickups are completed on Sundays and Mondays after a weekend rental.

When the Safety of a Tent is Compromised. Alternative arrangements will be made.

Typically, other items rented with a tent will be delivered along with the tent. Typically, there is no additional cost for this.

What does the JNH offer for hire to host events and functions?

JNH Offers Everything in our Product list at your disposal, dependent on Item Availability and Your Package selection

What is the Minimum Capacity of the Venue

Our Minimum amount of Guest Capacity is 45. Venue can be hired for less guests but will be charged for 45 Guests.

What exactly is included and not included in the venue cost?

Included in Venue Hire

  • Basic wedding co-ordination (Done by our Venue Event Planner)
  • Tables, Table cloths, Overlays and Runners, Napkins and Napkin rings
  • Chairs, Chair Covers and Tiebacks- Based on your Package
  • Glassware- High-Ball, Tumbler,Champagne, Wine, Juice, Cocktail, Sherry Glasses
  • Crockery – Dinner plates, Side Plates, Dessert Bowls, Cups and Saucers, Salad Bowls
  • Cutlery – Dinner Knives and Forks, Dessert Spoons, Tea Spoons, Serving Tongs, Ladles and Spoons.
  • Decor – Draping to your color scheme, Centrepieces from our showroom.
  • Ice buckets – Excludes Ice

3.4 An existing customer may be contacted regarding products and services related to any item of previous sale you made on our site.

3.6 Any new customer can only be contacted by us or third parties if consent has been offered via our site. We only send communications you have consented to.

3.7 Anyone who does not wish to give consent for our site or third party use has the opportunity to decline. Once we receive your withhold for consent we will remove your details from any mailings or third party communications.

3.8 None of the information collected about you will offer identifiable characteristics. Information shared to a third party is statistical only. We will not reveal who you are, only mathematical information about our visitors.

4.1 Locations outside the European Economic Area may be used for transferring data we collect about you. These data sites are for storing or processing of your information. The information we share outside the European Economic Area may be shared with staff based on the process and storage of said data. It may include such processes as processing a payment or offering support for your service or product needs. 4.2 Information we are provided will be stored on secure servers. Transaction data is encrypted for your safety.

4.3 You should understand data via online transmission is not completely secure. We cannot guarantee full protection and security data, only that we take all reasonable action to protect information sent to us electronically. Transmission of any data by you is at your own risk. Where applicable you may be given access to sections of our site that require a password. You a responsible for the passwords safety and confidentiality.
